Beats Sticking Your Head Out the Window: Dog on a Hog

In a bit of a follow up to “Dogs Ride with the New Orleans Police Department” I give you this dog and it’s owner cruising down the highway.  Hard to say which of the animals is having more fun, the dog or the owner. Also, why do people film with their cameras like this? Who thinks this looks good?
