BUILDUP! A First Time Harley-Davidson Softail Bobber Build
Taking on your first build is a pretty exciting and terrifying thing. On one side, you’re well on your way to making something entirely new, and doing it with your own two hands. On the other, it can be pretty daunting and expensive.
Overall, it’s a pretty good feeling, but there’s always the potential to mess up, do something wrong, or ruin something along the way. While this isn’t necessarily a possibility, it can still be daunting for someone new to the trade.
HDForums member americanworkmule, has finally conquered this hurdle having just recently completed his very first build. Of course, it wasn’t easy! He did all of the “grinding, cussing, wrenching, wiring, and rattle-can-painting,” but that doesn’t mean that he always knew how to do it. Quite a few forum members helped him along the way, and we’re glad for it! We’d definitely say that this Softail Bobber build turned out absolutely amazing! And to know that many of our members were involved, it’s priceless!
