V8 Choppers' Amusement Park on Wheels

Power junkies are never, ever satisfied. There are built-up Harleys out there putting out insane amounts of power in naturally-aspirated form and sometimes with a healthy shot of nitrous just to add insult to injury. Taking it a step further, there are turbocharged and supercharged versions (still some with a shot of NOS just because) that'll peel your eyelids back at the tiniest twist of the throttle, but for some individuals (and you know who you are), that's just not enough.

And that's where companies like V8 Choppers out of Miami, Oklahoma, step up and take serious motorcycle power to a whole new level along with a sense of style and finish you can't find anywhere else. To paraphrase a vegetable juice commercial, I imagine those same power junkies at some point after building their V-twins up and it still wasn't enough realized, "I coulda had a V8!"

What do you think about this bad boy? Does it go too far? Does it not go far enough? See what members are saying over on the Forum!

Roy Shastid (Tue, 07 Feb 2012 15:01:29 -0800): People are going to speculate on the size of your penis. Unfortunatly they are most likely to conclude that it is uncommonly small.
Jake Blanton (Tue, 07 Feb 2012 15:36:40 -0800): Interesting concept, but I prefer a bike that is not so tall that I can just barely see over the tank...
Buddy Alton (Tue, 07 Feb 2012 15:47:46 -0800): Might be fun to ride but the first time you try to pull a u-turn & drop it you'll learn what too heavy really is.
Russell John Laws (Tue, 07 Feb 2012 16:16:02 -0800): Great to look at but is it fun to ride long term.
Paul Burkhart (Tue, 07 Feb 2012 19:12:44 -0800): I think that the Idea is great, Wish I could of had one when I was in school. But for now my FXDWG is the GREATEST.
Cliff Martin (Wed, 08 Feb 2012 06:24:06 -0800): Just curious what these cost $ 40, 50 grand? Never rode a sled without a clutch must be really weird. Been on all kinds of Choppers & still don't like the turning radius & feel on windy hills. I guess you could pull a trailer full of bikes with it also though.
Joe Tomfohrde (Wed, 08 Feb 2012 08:05:26 -0800): One of the most fun things that I have ever ridden.. Sure it long but these things handle like a dream..
Dennis Vawter (Thu, 09 Feb 2012 09:42:41 -0800): I've ridden a V-8 Boss Hoss before. Suprisingly, it handled very well once I got used to making turns. I was a little intimidated at first, but once I learned how the bike handled I was ok. You can definitely. feel the torque when you hit the throttle. Only drawback was riding it in hot temps, because the heat coming off of engine is more than a conventional bike. May be great riding in colder temps. The bike is balanced very well.
