What Went Wrong?

In the video linked below a rider on a Harley Davidson has a low side crash.  You can see him pushing hard into the turn and dragging the floor board the entire time.  Too much speed and not enough available lean angle means he eventually runs out of luck and loses the bike.  Let me know in the comments or on the forums what you think the rider did wrong.
