Default led sled pipes?

so i been looking and i've narrowed my search down to a few options, i like the led sled pipes mainly the qualifiers, or short shots, i'm wondering if there is anyone running these pipes yet? and if so did you have any issues with the bike running bad or any issues what so ever. any help on these would be greatly apreciated.

Pipes that short kill your low and mid range if you run them open. Maybe the torque cone deal they sell would help a bit, but probably not much. EFI or carb? If EFI, you will more than likely need a tuner. I don't think XiED's would work with pipes that short. You could always try though.

Have you talked with the people from ledsled? I'd call them and see what there running with there pipe's. They might have programs for the tuner they use and can set you up. Just a thought. I call is better than wasting money to end up calling anyway.

I have short pipes with no baffles or oxygen sensors from Exotic Choppers on my 48. You will need a tuner for sure. I have the Power Commander V plus got it dynoed for better tuning. My bike runs great now. Full range of power after the dyno plus gained 12 horsepower.

What diameter are your pipes?

They are called "Fuelies". They are a 3 stage set up for the best performance. Shorty pipes you will need some kind of tuner to make them work correctly. Small at the engine(stock bolt pattern), steps up 1/2 way down, then larger at the end. Basicly 1 1/4" stepped up to 2" at the end. I love my pipes. They are way loud! I wrapped them with DEI titanium 2" wrap and made the brass end caps to finish them off. Lot's of money in the end but worth it. The PC-V tuner was $315 and the pipes were around $700 shipped. The company is out of Florida. Great company to deal with. I talked to them for over 2 hours at least and they explained how everything works between the pipes and tuner. I bought the tuner and pipes from them.

Imo screw the looks. the only pipe that will make your bike run better than the stock pipes is the Thunderheader. Great/Modest sound and huge difference in throttle response. Got a set on my 02 and it runs super good.

My pipes are kinda long, They are the Martin Bro's two downs. Anyways I have no baffles in them, no O2's and a PC III with a dyno tune. My bike pulls like a train from idle to redline.
