Default Any hints on Delphi connectors releasing wires

Well already messed up on wire but Indy was able to get it out and fix for me. Now I'm working on the other connectors. All the wires released but 3 and no matter what I try they are stuck. I have the white part pulled out 1/4" and the rear of the plug is removed. I'm using a mini screw driver flat head that's micro size and fits in hole. Do I need to remove the blade of the screw driver and make it where it's just the round shaft?

Round works best. I took a mini screwdriver and ground the edges down to make it round and it works like a charm. Paper clips, when sturdy and properly used work well too.

It's like the screwdriver is just going in too far and bypassing the release mechanism

I have a large safety-pin in my toolbox for releasing wire clips. Ground off the point and it's much stronger than a paper clip (doesn't bend). Never lets me down...
