RE: KILLER MOTORCYCLE PRODUCTS
Installed and set the idle after and half hour of puttin around to get it really hot being here in ohiya, then round around another hour then let it ilde on the driveway and tuned in mixture screw, gotta tell ya I love it, smoother power through the circuits, better response. Between the cams and the new performance carb the fishtails are way too loud, I love the look but dont know how to quite them down some! Its always something..

I was have problems with starting and power under throttle on my 91 Heritage. I've had it apart many times since new. 2 sets of pistons, countless cams, ignitions, 2 Mikuni's. kited CV's etc.
It's back to rideable with 9.5comp, CC EV-10 cam, stk Ign, & true roller rockers. It had gotten so hard to start I had given up riding. Saw this Guys ad on E-Bay and took the chance. Sent it off went on a trip to Florida and when I got back the carb was there. Put it on. Let the gas drain into it, pulled the choke and waited for it NOT to start. Was I ever diappointed. It started up with in the 3 turn overs and all I've done is adjust the idle screw. The bike has unbelievable torque off idle and instead of flatening out under throttle this thing took off like a bat out of hell. Man it was like the good old days. I'd recommend this guy to anyone. I personally talked to him about how he left all the settings and how to make any adjustment if I ever do. He said he did 600 CV's last year and hears reports just like mine every day. This guy knows his s--t.

I've dealt with Dale over at Killer Motorcycle Products myself. Bought one of his billet idle screw adjusters and choke relocation bracket with cable. Dude is super cool to talk to and delivery is super quick and as described. When I need to rebuild my carb, guess who's getting it.Thumbs up!

I realize that this thread has been dead for a while. I have on order a CV carb, ported and polished intake, SE back plate and choke assembly from Killer Cycle. I have high hopes. The old butterfly Keihen is just not makin it anymore. I guess 90,000 miles is a good service life for the old bugger.
