Default Street Glide: Remove Mirrors?

I have a 2011 Street Glide and I am not sure if I like the stock fairing mounted mirrors. Thinking about going to handlebar mounted mirrors. If I remove the existing mirrors what can I do with the holes in the faring?

Thanks!

Take em off. Put these on. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fairing-Mirr...item1c22100ded

You could buy a different inner fairing, or come up with a way to put tweeters there.

Take the opportunity to paint your inner fairing. Problem solved.

I didn't like em' either, and they don't stick out far enough for visiblity for me either.
Almost got wiped out thinking that there was no one coming up on me, when in fact there was.
Went with Wicked Image Fast Lane mirrors.
They're not plastic "mickey mouse" either, but heavy duty metal.

I don't like the perch mounted one's either as they take away from the clean look of keeping your hands in the pocket of the fairing, and look like bug antennas from the front,
