Trying to order SE compensator kit and rotor for my bike and I see the adhesive kit [part no.11100088] for the oil scoop is not sold by Harley any more. They say it must be installed by a licensed Harley dealer??
Any info on this nightmare?

 

I just read that my self. I ordered the kit and the adhesive about a week before this bs went down. Only problem is they caulk gun adapter didn't come with it. The adhesive is Maxlok mx/t6. You should be able to find a different source for it. What they sent me is a 1.69 liter tube. If you need any more info off the tube I got let me know.

Also if anyone has the caulk gun adapter that is used to dispense this i would be willing to buy it from you or if anyone know where I can get one

I just did mine, and I do believe I have an extra caulk adapter. Ordered on on line and got tired of waiting for it to come in, and went to the local dealer and bought the glue and the caulk adapter.
