Default RE: 95 or 98 ci kit

Thanks MUD.

I spoke to my dealer and to mostly perserve my 7yr warrenty they will only do the Stage 2 usingall harley parts.

They will charge me the difference between the stock part and the upgraded harley part if something goes wrong as long as I do all the services there, which I was planning on doing anyway.

They think if I do the stage 2 without Screaming eagle heads I will not need the SE tuner and my Vance and Hines Fuel pak will be good enough. I am still trying to get opinions on that. And someone suggested getting adjustable rods and getting it dynoed and Harly said they had Harley adjustable rods and they would get it dynoed for me as part of the total cost. They are talking about $2200 but will send me a quote tomorrow.

With my Vance and Hines big shots staggered and Screaming eagle air filter and the stage 2 with harley parts they are saying they think I will end up with about 90HP. Is that believable with the Harley parts and just my fuel pak?

Somebody said get good a cam. And Harley said theirs were okay but not the best. Maybe I could get them to put in another brand of Cam but if anything happened to it they would not cover any of the cost of the cam but might call the labor warrenty. I am trying to figure out what the difference in Horse Power would be between the good Cam and the HD camand what my exposure would be in initial cost and of course replacement cost if it broke. Would the good cam add another 3 horsepower?

I will probably take the bike in this weekend so by Friday I hope to have all the info I need to make the bestdecisions.

I will keep you updated as I go. I get there quote tomorrow when I get home from work on my fax machine so I should have more specifics. But some of you probably already know what harley parts he should offer me or if there are choices. As I mentioned the only thing I know of so far was the adjustable rods, and I mentioned that to them. And they agreed it would be good for getting the most out of the Dyno tune up. I heard the ingnition timing is part of the dyno tune and therefore I would need the SE tuner even if Im not getting the new head. How much difference in HP will the SE tuner make? Should I demand it?

Thanks for you help guys.
