Default S&S Super G vs. 45 mm Mikuni

Has anyone done this conversion? From a Super G with ThunderJet to a 45mm Mikuni.I hear the Mikuni has a strong off idle response.Tell me what you think!

I started out with a 45mm Mikuni, no complaints through the whole powerband.

I started out with the Super G and also no complaints.I hear the bottom end or off idle is better with the Mikuni.Once things slow down I just may do the swap and see for myself.

I went from a super G to a mikuni 45 and noticed a huge difference off idle and runs a little leaner at idle.
I now have dual 45's on my bike and the power gain is outrageous.

Dual 45's? I would like to hear more about it.What are you running for cubes, what's it like off idle,or lugging the engine down?Where do you like the throttle response the best?Last, where did you find a manifold and air cleaners?

I'm running this set up on a revtec 110 motor. If i can figure out how to show a picture on here, I will show you what it looks like.
It's quite the set up, no bog off idle and the throttle response is very crisp. It gets no bog at all and surprisingly doesnt run that rich.
