Sportster takes 3rd in Iron Butt Rally
Brett Donahue on a 1200 Sportster placed 3rd in the latest Iron Butt Rally.
He travelled 11,283 miles in11 days to earn 3rd place behind a couple of BMW's and ahead of a whole host of other bikes, 97 entries total.

So I guess this should put an end to all the chick bike aspersions.

Where in the hell would you travel that far to in that amount of time? I can see if you got a destination, but just to make a record, ouch, no wait a minute, OUCHHH!

I'd be curious to know if was a rubber mount. The rubber mounts are definitely man bikes. Why? because girls don't have prostates! In other words, if you want to father any kids, don't try to put big miles on a rigid mount Sportster first
