In the meantime just start from scratch period. Reload your map and all the other steps....making sure your're using the right map, make sure the basic settings are correct for your bike etc before you load the map......then if its not right after that you know you have other issues.

My manual only goes to page 108. I'm going to try the auto iac function. If that doesn't work a full map reload may be in order and a call to Randy. It's really frustrating because the bike is running great pulling the front wheel on the 1-2 shift with my 310# on it I just have the idle problem?

Bigblock
The manual is on the Tmax website and is slightly different from the one I got with my unit. Theres a whole heap of extra stuff there. 158 pages from memory.

Thanks I will check out that manual. I know I don't have a intake leak because the PCIII idled perfect it just wouldn't run for **** in the midrange. I think I will re-size the injectors as the map I have is for 4.22 and the SE has 4.91 and if that doesn't do it then I'll try the IAC auto function. Thanks.

That's a big problem. All of the info related to fueling in the map will be off for your bike.

Just a hint, when you re-do the Auto IAC, make absolutely sure the bike is cold...like overnight cold. Even a short start-up prior to the Auto IAC can throw the setup off. It will learn the adjustments from the coldest point that you begin this procedure, then you will smooth out the points on the front and back side of these parameters per the T Max install guide.

Significant change with the injectors....Make that adjustment in the sofware, write it to the ECM. Reset learned fuel adjustments and IAC adjustments. Let the bike cool overnight, fire up software, plug computer into ecm, turn on ignition, fire it up, let it idle until head temp is 290. shut off.

Injectors may be throwing it off. Larger injector/same fuel pressure/same open time will result in more fuel then the smaller injector....causing you to run rich.
