Stripping down an Ultra

Stripping down an Ultra
I am kicking around the idea of stripping down my ultra for a cleaner look. I am looking for some pics of people that have done the same. I was thinking about taking off the tour pack, saddlebag gaurds, bumpers front and rear, stuff like that. Let me know what you think and post pics if you have them. thanks.

RE: Stripping down an Ultra
Nobodyactually buys an Ultra and then strips it down, do they?
Actually the correct approach is to make the tourpak quick detachable. Easy off, Easy on.

RE: Stripping down an Ultra
So what would be the difference between the Ultra and the Street Glide at that point? Other than lower suspension.... It's probably way cheaper to pull the stuff of an Ultra than to get all the accessories on a Street Glide right?
I'm toying with the idea of getting a Street Glide but if getting an Ultra and I can strip it down, this may be the way to go....
