Default fuse panel/box location

Ive got a 93 electraglide, the manula says the fuse box is under the left hand side cover... but theres no elevtrical componants under either side cover. below are pics of the electrical under the seat...

My radio isnt working, no power or backlights,, the manual says its the fuse.. but to my dismay, I cant locate the box.

i will post that tomorrow, but theres no thing electrical under there, hopefullt this is a DOH, Homer, moment but I took both covers off earlier to check the fuses and couldnt see a fuse box..

Pop off the left cover just in front of your left saddlebag. It is not under the seat.

ok thankfully, no Homer moment there, as I stated before,, theres no electrical stuff under either side panel..

is there fuses for the radio behind the radio ? inside the fairing.?

I just popped the headlight out, what a mess in there, is the radio fuse located somewhere in the rats ness ?

anyone? Im at a loss here, and really could use some insight before I take apart the fairing to look for it..
