Well the good news is Marie Osmond is ok after her fainting spell on Dances with the Stars.

The bad news is the fires are still burning in So Cal.

Oh wait did you mean with the 08' SG?

My girlfriend just bought a 2007! She loves it! It's lower than other touring bikes (other than the RK custom).
The handlebars may be too short for smaller rider, but can be tolerated with a good backrest. The stock seat has a lot to be desired! The frame, from what I'm told is the same as RK custom. Not sure though.

Other than these things, it's a fine bike! Lots of power and cruises like a dream! Crosswind? No problem!

I love mine. No complaints. Buy the bike you want and don't get too worked up about what you see and hear. My guess is that you will love your new Street Glide. Have fun.....

The good news is I love my 08' SG, but the bad news is my SE-Deuce feels left out.
