Check intake for leaks, do a compression test to see if intake valves are leaking

I checked for a air leak around the intake but I will do a leakdown test on it, this bike has 15000 mile on it ,I can"t understand why there is 10 degrees different in timing&nbsp\\; between cylinders,.

It's common to see AFR and timing to jump all over the place at idle due to the MAP pulses. The timing and AFR&nbsp\\; should mellow out off idle though.

I would check the IAC steps now but you need a digital tech or a SERT in data mode to see what the steps are.
