RE: Touring steering stabilizer
I've got the RideStr8 on a 2000 FLHTPI, which did improve the rear wheel steering by adding a third stabilizing link to the transmission housing aft of the swingarm pivot. However, I am not aware of any steering stabilizers for touring HDs. No easy way to mount a rotary style like the Scotts or GPR, and because of the fork beer cans, no easy way to mount a shaft style damper. However, with some ingenuity and machining skills, a mouting bracket system could be engineered to affix to a fork tube above the lower tripple clamp. Wouldn't mind one myself.

V-Twin Mfg has a couple that may work ( I am going to call them), they have 41mm clamps for the fork tube, and 1 inch clamps for the highway bar. If you have an air baffle under your trees, I believe that has to come off & you cant have lower fairings I understand. I also have an email to a a trike company, they use them on their FLH trikes.. I will keep you posted. I figure this & a rear stabilizer on my 06 SG..she should be tight.

He said STEERING stabilizer not rear stabilizer.
and to answer your question there is only one stabilizer out that I am aware of that actually will help with steering and Alloy Art makes a front stabilizer

this is said to help improve front end high speed handling.
