Without a shop manual, kinda tough,
But, My 2 cents are .. remember to have some 'Metric' tools (10 mm for the brake caliper mounts, 8 mm for the bottom bolt that holds the tubes into the the lowers).
You also need an impact drive, and a small PVC tube (I got one from HomeDepot), that you will use as a 'hammer' to settle the new seals in.
This is what I needed but I did not disassemble the tube itself which requires some extra steps hope others will help.
