Passing lights on a Fatboy

Passing lights on a Fatboy
Can someone take a picture of the passing lights mounted on a Fatboy with a windshield (quick release)? I can’t seem to figure out if the lights go on; before the quick release bolt things or after.
If someone has a scan of the instructions that would be great.
Thanks

The quick release rubber gromits go on the outside of where the passing lamps attach to the fork legs.

Here's a close-up view of my Old FatBoy pass-lamp set-up. You should be able to see the docking grommet on the top outside of the bracket...(as previously mentioned)..click twice for biggest image...
PS: my grometts are A-1 condition, the close-up shows a shadow, which looks like it's damaged..

That the pic I was looking for. Thanks.
Here are the lights I bought. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/motorcycle-parts-for-sale-misc-parts/288458-harley-driving-lights.html
I put the lights on the bike and I don't have as much room as you do under the light. And it was a TIGHT fit to get the light bracket on. And to top it off. If I do get the light bar mounted I think the lower windshield mounting legs my not fit around the light bar on. The lower leg of the windshield mount seems like it hits the light bar bracket.
I am at work right now, but Ill take another look this evening when I get up.
Thanks for posting the pix.

FWIW: All softails are not created equal.. ie: The FLST, & the FXST, all models...Softails but quite different frontends..
The Heritage & FatBoys use the pass lamp bracket (oem) 58082-87 for 1986-2008 Heritage & FatBoy
And then there is an aftermarket bracket that looks almost the same, but not quite for 1984-2008 FXST (all models), & 1980-84 FXWG....
Also, my windshield uses spring-wire clips that lock the top in.
Maybe you can contact the seller to see which softail he was using this bracket on ??
