Default True Dual Thunder Header

Hey all, have a question for you..... I thought that Richy made a true dual exhaust system but from looking around on different sites some don't even advertize them and others say currently unavailable.

Does anyone know the story on these exhaust systems.

Going on a 02 Road King Classic.

Thanks

They make a "falsie" to go with a ThunderHeader that makes it "look" like duals for those the think a bagger should have two pipes out the back...

Yeah I knew they had the falsie system but I thought they also had a real true dual also.....maybe I'm wrong.

I have V&H slip ons now but I want to go with true duals that have more of a deeper sound to them....starting to dislike the V&H's more and more because a couple of riding buds run Thunder Headers and anyone that has heard both knows what I'm talking about. They are plenty loud just not deep enough.

Others I'm considering are but not limited to are Rhineharts, V&H true duals, and a couple of others.

My final setup will be SE air cleaner kit and PCIII. Just not sure on which pipes to go with but just don't want the crackling of the V&H I have now.

Any opinions on pipes (true duals) that have the sound that i'm looking for.

Thanks

Mac i have the V&H true duels and slash cut slips, fuel pak and SE air cleaner.I like the sound but its still not as deep as the thunder header.I took the baffles out and got a major headache!!!I'm waiting for thunder header to come up with a full length heat shield and then i'll probably switch. The black ceramic coating looks cool but thats not my theme for my bike. With the falsy on one side, your gonna have one clean ,chromed out pipe and the right side pipe is going to have the normal heat and carbon burns visible.

Well then GMONEY you can appreciate the sound of the Thunder Header....I just dig it but don't want to run the 2 into 1 on my Road King or the falsie. Have another bud that just put on what you have, the V&H true duals. They sound better then my slash cut slip ons but IMO not as loud and still not quit the deeper sound i'm looking for.

Maybe i'm a little crazy and to picky and just won't come up with a system that compares with the T-H sound.
