Does anyone know of a trailer rental company other than U-haul? I sold my trailer last fall and we are heading South for vacation and would like to take the bike. Riding it is out of the question as 2 dogs, 2 sets of golf clubs and wife takes stuff like we are moving for good. Thanks.

years ago I rented a trailer from our local HD dealer, it was the kind you can stand up in a parking lot, worked out because I could stand it up and park in the spot so hotel did not mind. Some dealers rent them.

Good to hear from you again. Yes we did get a new bike last August. An 09 Ultra. I made a deal with the wife that I would sell our trailer if she would let me get a new bike. It was a great trailer too! But something had to go.

How long are you needing the trailer ?

 

We are going to be leaving Jimmytown on April 9 pm for Myrtle Beach and returning on April 18. We took the bike down last year in our trailer and had a ball. Only bad thing was the gas mileage we got with our Ridgeline. 10 - 12 mpg. The truck pulled it great, even up the mountains.

 

We looked into renting a trailer in December & found a place that rented them for around $65 a day.
A week's worth of rental plus tax came to around $500 so we decided to just buy one.
$1500 for an open trailer big enough to carry two bikes.
If we used it 3 weeks we broke even.
We're getting ready to take it to Daytona on Wednesday.
