I've used both. If you have an 07 or later, you'll get error codes with fuelpak because of o2 sensors. Pci seemed to increase throttle response too.

I have an 09 with a Fuelpak & have not received any error codes at all. I have Fuelpaks on both bike & they are great. I picked them up new for 150-175 each so the price was right & the install was easy. They work fine for me.

This has been discussed quite a few times here and on other HD forums. Do a search for fuelpak vs power commander here and on google. Lots of good info already out there.

If you're not planning on doing much beyond slip-on's and an air filter, the fuelpak is probably sufficient, and at an attractive price. You can go to the fuelpak website and plug in the data for your configuration and see right away if they have a map already built.

I have used both. I like the Power Commander but before you buy one make sure they have a map for your set up in their data base. I ordered V&H Double Barrels and a PC3 only to find out that there is no map even close for the pipes. V&H customer service would not give me a map either. I bought the Fuel Pak and have been using it since. No complaints with it.

I've only used the PC5. But I really liked it.
I called the company that had it and they programmed it for free.
It was easy to install and with the fake O2 sensors the ECU is happy.
