Default Snow Riding Pics

We don't get snow here in Arkansas very often, so I just had to go out and play.

I just got in off my bike and the wife took some pics while I was out there.

It was great.

There is something about the snow, at least when you hardly ever get any, that brings out the kid in many of us, and sometimes you just gotta play.

There was a layer of ice under that snow that made it especially treacherous, but all is well and I had fun.

And I got the pictures to prove it.

Reminds of me of when I was younger but I did my riding in the snow on an enduro bike. Crazy but much less reckless.

In about 1973 I rode my Honda 450 across the lake where we lived so I could watch the moto-cross style races that were held on the ice on the other side of the lake. That was pretty stupid but it was fun!

I know what you guys must be thinking, he's a wildman, and that may be true, and I know my granddaughter probably thinks so too, but she just came over to play in the snow, so I gotta go !

Making the most out this great day.

Default Riding in Snow

I've never rode in the snow, but I have rode while we had snow on the ground. Last May it was 39 on the morning of the blessing of the bikes in Baldwin.. It was a chilly ride..
