Default what is the best synthetic oil?
What is the best synthetic oil for engine ? trans ? & primary ? Is their one that works for all 3 applications ?

IMO,

Amsoil or Mobil 1 for the engine
Redline shockproof Heavy, Amsoil SVG 75/90 or Mobil 1 75/90 tranny ( I love the Redline)
Dexron III or other ATF in primary (waste of synthetic in primary IMO)

First of all Welcome....
Up on the top right side of this page you will see search. Click on it and type in Synthetic Oil and you will find volumes of reading on this.

They're all good or they wouldn't even be making it if they weren't. Redline is what I like along with Mobil One for the engine.

Mobile 1 Vtwinn or Redline 20/50 are my faves for the motor.
Redline MTL is my fave for the Primary (and I have tried them all, just about).
Redline Shockproof heavy in the trans (or Golden Spectro).

Is their one that works for all 3 applications ?
All three in the same hole???? Rediculous old woman's tale!!!!!!
