Default Tappet Lifters: Feuling HP+ or H-D ?

My local dealer says the H-D tappet set is $125 (w/tax. no 20% on this item). I see Feuling HP+ lifters going for approx the same cost. Is the quality any better in the Feuling's ? Thanks for any info .....

Default Tappet Lifters: Feuling V HD

I've been running the Feuling lifters for a while now, and prefer them. Better safe than sorry.

I have used stock and feuling hp+ and never had a problem with stock lifters. when I got about 15000 miles on the feulings they begin to bleed down really bad and clattered for a minute on every start up. Changed back to stock lifters and no clatters for the last 50000 miles. Physically they look very much the same.

Went through 2 sets of fuelings, 1st set went bad after 5000 miles and drag made them up, 2nd set around 7000 miles, both sets started to bleed down, hd lifters back in this time very quiet, very happy so far.

Have had the best luck with the factory B lifters until recently. Had a axle come loose and score a lifter bore. I'm trying R&R lifters now. Supposed to have a better metering plate in them. A little less money also.

I have great service from the HD "B" lifters. I am running and usually recommend the HQ Blacks Ops lifters.
