Default Best wax for Harley Paint

I notice some bikes shine so much it actually looks like the clear coat is extra thick. I have used several different brands of wax but never have been able to get that deep luster shine. What type of wax have you used on Harley paint to get that look?

I use turtle wax ICE. Can use on anything becuse it is a synthetic. will not leave white marks. You can even wax rubber! Trick is to put it on with a wet pad and just keep getting lighter with your touch. (think of it like spit shinnig a boot.) I have vivid black and it dose great getting rid of micro abrasions in the paint. (fine line sratches, etc) I hope this helps and be safe.

Actually you have to "prep" the surface correctly in order to TRULY get that slick as glass look, anything less would be a "filler". Then apply the Zaino Z2, Z6, and Z8 for long lasting protection as to not disappoint Ken, or a good Carnuba Wax.

As UK stated, the shine is in the prep.

I'd get some Meguiar's Swirl-X to polish your paint, and a quality carnauba wax or synthetic sealant to protect it.

Believe it or not, I found a Honda product called Honda Glare Polish or Honda Glare Professional Polish....around $20
Good reviews and good stuff....apply as directed in 2 steps....
Takes out scratches, swirls, etc...has no carnuba wax in it...

I use Zymol. But there is this wax I buy from a car was in Houston. It comes in a bottle and hand written on the bottle is the word butter wax. It cost a fortune for a bottle that will wax your bike twice, but it is the best I have seen. They charge $150 to use that wax and a buffer on your vehicle.

I read about Lemon Pledge on here a coupla years ago. With a micro fibercloth, mirror-like in minutes! Cleans too!
