Default Is there a "Kelly Blue Book" for motorcycles?

Still on the fence whether or not I want the Ultra Classic. I spent a good part of the day on an 07 Ultra Classic, and I came still wondering if I should get one. I really enjoyed the tunes, and I like the idea of the extra lighting on the back of the bike.
The '07 was very quiet compared to my V&H true duals with Oval Slip-ons, but my ears felt alot better listening to music instead of rumble.
I like the fairing, and figured I'd take riding much deeper into the colder weather with the wind protection. OTOH, I don't like the heat too much, but nor do I like a strong hot wind hitting me, so I'll live with the fairing.

There's a chance I'll buy the Ultra and keep my RKC to get a better price. (The dealer's price was an insult).

What's a mint '05 RK with about 3-4K of extras worth these days?

No emails please, because I haven't decided yet. The resale price will play a role in my decision.

Thanks

kbb.com or nadaguides.com will help with values on motorcycles.

Also, Motorcycle Consumer News publishes a quarterly used bike value guide.

Thanks all.

I've been leasing my vehicles for the past 15 years, so this is the first time I'm actually considering a "trade" in that time.
I didn't realize that Kelly's blue book also has motorcycle values.

Thanks again

Trade ins are a rape .. check the Retail Value of the same bike on kbb:
2005 Harley-Davidson FLHR Road King
2-Cylinder
4-Stroke
1450cc

Suggested Retail Value $15640

Sell it on your own , you may not make all the $4600 difference but it will by WAY better than trade it

here is the Indianapolis retail price...some/most chrome accessories wont add value on resale...

2005 Harley-Davidson FLHRCI RdKing Clsc
2-Cylinder
4-Stroke
1450cc

Suggested Retail Value $15970*

The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the unit has been fully reconditioned and is in excellent condition. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

*Price Includes: w/Cruise Control

and in the Indy Star that price is in line with several

correct...and the actual selling price by an individual would usually be between trade in and retail, and start of riding season or nearing the end ...
