Default 2005 Road King rear cylinder not firing

Ok my brothers 2005 Road King went on the fritz over the weekend, for some reason the rear cylinder quit firing, he's replaced plugs, wires, coil, intake gaskets, still no go, there is electricity to the plug, there is compression so any ideas?

Lol, yes she is mesmerizing, weirdest thing on his bike, Iam stumped, new plugs, wires, coil and new intake gaskets, he's seems to be getting compression on both cylinders but not officially tested (just a finger over the hole) he's also running a thundermax with auto tune

What about fuel and spark.

If no spark, disconnect tuner and see if it starts

Put the stock ECM back in and see if it fires up that rear cylinder.

But if you say it's getting spark, fuel, and has compression...............then it should be working fine.

What makes you think it's not firing?

Also check rear injector wires as some on the rear cylinder were a little short and can break.
