stage II = street legal 95 TQ at 2500 RPM

Check out the Fuel Moto 107" kit..lot more bang for the buck.

I'd just go with cams & a tuner, you really don't need to change pistons IMO. THe 255s are a super torque cam & some people like that, but they're a emissions cam since the SE 110s use them & they run out of steam pretty early. Look at the Fuel Moto comparison of the 255s & the 555s from Woods, the 555s are outstanding cams for a stock 103. The 259s aren't bad, but not as good as the 555s, unless your HD dealer is willing to warranty you with the SE upgrade I'd go with the Woods 555s, Just search "Fuel Moto 555 vs 255" or call Fuel Moto, they have a very good reputation.

just put the 103 and 259 cams in.With limited riding time so far ,bike road good at low speeds (nothin crazy) and as you speed up the cam reminds me of a turbo charge kicking in at speed.Just pulls you up from around 40 to 80 lot faster. I was concerned about being "lazy off the line" didnt see that but not huge diffrence then stage 1 so far, those higher rpms are noticeable..still waiting for somemore tuneing runs and warmer weather.
spend 75% of my time riding open rodes here in central pa.
btw pipes probly make a big diffrence,im runnin open style pipes...

if you're looking at the screamin eagle kit part number 27544-10, it's what i've got in my 08 streetglide and it's got the 10.5 forged pistons and the 259-E cams. these cams have .579" of lift, and work all the way from off idle to redline at 6200. it's a great kit. your stock throttle body is plenty for the 103. no need for the 58 unless you build a huge motor.

Not trying to hi-jack the thread here guys, but I'm considering this kit too. My SE catologue shows part # 27517-08A Fits 08-later Touring Models. The part # that was mentioned earlier by emwolb, is that a newer #. I didn't see any mention of a 259E cam ? only a 260 cam. I was also told that a 58mm throttle body is overkill. I must have an older SE catologue.
