Default 2 into 1 Exhaust Pictures

Happy Sunday Guys! I'm going to be looking into new exhaust sometime in the near future. All I've ever heard is the best performance exhaust is 2 into 1. I've been around a bunch of V&H exhaust, never any 2/1. Some BUB, alot of SE's. I guy I ride with has a Thunderheader. I really like it. I was hoping maybe some of you guys can post some of your pictures of your 2/1's. Thunderheaders, V&H, Python, Samson, just whatever your running. Do you like the sound, have you been dissapointed in anyway? Tell me about them. Thanks in advance.

Red face

I have the V&H Competition 2 into 1 and love it! I had the sideshots before these and will never go back. I didn't notice any difference in performance probably because the sideshots are a 2:1:2 pipe and have the same affect as a 2:1.

Why I really love this pipe is the sound and the looks. Its short style fits the short wheel base of the Sportster very well. The sound is very sport bike like and the first time I started it up the first thing I thought was it sounded more like a v-twin sport bike than a Harley. Each power stroke isn't distinct like it is with dual pipes and along with the nicely packed muffler it makes for a much smoother sound. The sound at idle is a very low thump sound as apposed to a higher pitch crack sound like my sideshots. My favorite part of the sound is the super smooth decel sound.

Its a very unique sounding pipe and I have yet to hear any other pipe quit like it. Oh and the youtube video's of the pipe don't really sound anything like what this pipe does in person.

Good luck in your search.

Supertrapp 2-1 Megs. Tunable for sound and performance. With SE heads that have been 'slightly' cleaned up, Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage II intake, and these pipes, it dynoed @ 80HP and 76 ft lb's torque.

V&H big radius 2in1. Like the sound better than the slipons I had. Been happy with them.

My BUB 2-1. Love the sound and performance from this thing. Gives it a nicely tuned deep tone.

Here's a V&H "Blackout" installed on my Sportster Forty-Eight. I absolutely love the huge deep tone. It makes alot of "normal" sounding bikes sound bright and tinny to me.
