Default 19" or 18" Agitator Front Wheel????

I am going to install the Agitator wheels on my 2010 road glide. I am trying to decide between the 18" or 19" front wheel. I was wondering if there were any negatives to the 19" front wheel. I am torn between the two.

I went with the 19" on my Road King. The big downside is that there is only one tire that fits the 19" wheel and it is from HD. It may be difficult to get replacements especially in an emergency. It looks great, but maybe I should have gone 18.

I like the 19" myself. I just wish they made the agitator in 16" for the back so we could use the standard touring tire.

I went with 19" as well. The overall diameter of the tire and rim is just about the same as th 18". It just seems to make the front look so much better. Unfortunately my contrast chromes are on back order till 4/8. The dealer was going to try and locate them at another location. Anyway I asked about the front tire and they said even though its a 1 off they always have them. If your worried buy an extra tire and store it.

.....aaaaaaand agreed

although i would consider a 17 rear...but not big on the 18

and as far as 19 front.. i really like it....BUT i REALLY don't like the fact that HD is the ONLY one making a 19 x 3.5.....and there is onle 1 tire 130/70/19..made to work with the wheel

I really like the looks of the 19, but for the choices of replacement tires I would go with the 18.

I would have gone with the agitators on my Road King if I could have stayed with a 16 rear.

My bike is lowered and the wife has back problems. I wanted to keep the rear as soft as I could with a 16. I hear the 18 rear is quite a bit stiffer than the 16.

I ended up going with HD Airstrikes 18 front 16 rear.
