Wow. I'm 6' 4" on a 2011 road glide custom. As low as it is, I couldn't imagine anyone on it shorter than me unless their legs are very long and their boots have thick soles. Good luck. I wonder if a narrower seat could help you. Follow the yellow brick road to your dealer. Mine has a fitment shop that allows you to try a variety of seats and bars that are removeable from a demo bike.

Down is the way! Just kidding, what year is your bike if you on a 09 or later you may want to look at seats that are narrower can make a huge difference. Street glide is already pretty much as low as you wanna go and still accommodate the desires of most touring bikes. But if it is just a bar bike then you could lower it. What I did on my ultra classic is put air ride on it with a two button switch right on the handle bars I can reach with my thumb at any time to adjust the onboard compressor. I can drop to where ever I want when your using your feet and then air it up on the fly to get your total suspension and travel back as your riding. It also lets me adjust the ride to if it is just me or loaded down with the wife.

You may want to look into modifying/changing the seat before lowering the bike. That in itself could make the difference you need.

Have you tried boots with lifts? That with a new lower seat should take care of your issue

The FBI drop seat kit is your best option. I did it on my 09 FLHX and could not be happier.

I am 5' 6" with a 2006 SG. I used the Road6 lowering block on the back (lowered 1") and had the shorter fork springs from HD for the front. The bike also came with a different seat that is narrower, which helps (I bought my bike used).
