HP +10.5, TQ +16.2 with S/E mufflers, air cleaner, and 204 cam. The base run gave me 66.9 Hp and max torque of 75. The air cleaner and pipes were already on for this. Final run 77.4 HP and max torque of 91.2. This is with the big bore and cams added to the pipes and cleaner. This is on a 2000 injected roadking.

All depends on the choice of cams, compression, headwork, exhuast etc. We see 95's that make as much as over 100HP & Tq. My '04 with mild headwork 9.7:1 with gear drive andrews 37 cams makes 90HP/103TQ. BIG difference from stock. Just did a 98" Hillside build that should make well over 100/100.

before going to a larger bore, go thru the threads and become familiar with all the compensator, bearings, crank, and other "found metal shavings, what do I do" threads which seem to be prominent on 96" and higher bore engines. Don't see too many folks with 88"'s having these problems. If I had an 88" bore right now, I would have no problem hoping on that bike and taking a week long road trip. I wouldn't take my 96" (10K miles 07 twin cam) bike out of state with out a complete tool kit, acccess to the internet, paid up road side assistance, and contacts in each city along the way.

I had the SE 95" pkg installed on my Ultra when I bought it new. 55k and no engine issues other than cam chain tensioners. Replaced those when they were worn.
Not sure of the age of your engine or the number of miles on it. I have heard of issues increasing power on older engines without doing a complete rebuild. If the engine is old with a lot of miles you might consider the HD reman program. For a slight increase you can upgrade to the 95". The rebuild will also come with the new oil pump and hydraulic tensioners.

It has 9,500 miles on it. I run a Blown Big Block Chevy in a Drag boat so Im use to going fast. I just want a little more Rip out of this bike. I have a very good friend that is on a very famous TV Show that will help me put this together. You guys watch him all the time.... Im just curious how much of a difference.
On a side note I can't believe how cheap this can be done. I do alot of snowmobiling in the winter. To add a few CCs to a snowmobile cost BIG $$$$$ A BIG BORE kit from D&D to get a 100cc is about $5000 with the pipes.
