What is the tallest rear rim and widest tire you can put on a stock Street Bob without spending big money? I think Ive seen a few with a 200 tire. Also would a 21 inch front wheel fit?

 

What year? Later(10+) models will take an 18x6 with a 200 without any changes other than maybe relocating your siginals. Mine fit completely without mods, I already had the lights moved so no experience whether you will or won't

 

I'm running an 18x5.5 rear with 180/55 Metzler ME880. Some have fit a 200 so it's possible. I'm also running a 21x2.15 with 90/90 Metzler front.

 

Here's a Jireh cycles 21x3.25 with a 120/70/21 up front. You can also use your stock hub and spokes.

OOOP!! Yes I meant 3.25 and yes stock hub and spokes work. You just lace it 1 over 3 and it gives you the distance you need. Check out the thread I posted above. Jstreet is still running this set up. I still used new spokes just because I already bought them and it's a PIA to return them from an internet source. But they were still 19" spokes and were the same length as the stockers.

 

Mine is an 07. It actually has the alloy wheels, which I dont care for. Looking for something different

 

I run the following:

Front - 21x3.5 w/ 120/70/21 Metzeler
Rear - 18x5.5 w/ 200/50/18 Metzeler

You are not going any wider than this without some serious modification.

 

Looks like Jirehs is a pretty cheap place to buy some 21 and 19 inch wire wheels. They dont show any 80 spokes though.
