Are the newer sportsters 1 ", 3/4" or 25mm?

I need to find a wheel bearing for a sportster 21" wheel with a 1" id so that i can make it fit to my dyna...all i wanna know is if there is a newer sporty with 1" front axle.

 

04 Sporties had 3/4 front axles, 05 & 06 had 1" front axles, and in 07 they went to 25mm front axles.

anyone know a p/n for a wheel sleeve to a front sporty wheel with the 1 inch axles

 

I have an 883.1200 with a 3/4" front and a 1" rear axles. I changed bearings and reinstalled them into a set of wire wheels. Bought a cheep hot plate from Walmart and heated the hub and tapped on opposite with a soft mallet. Bearings just fell out. Cooled bearings in the freezer and heated the new hub. The bearings slid back into the new wheels.

Fronts axles are:
'04 - '07: ¾"
'08+: 25mm

Rears axles are:
'04: ¾"
'05-'07: 1"
'08+: 25mm

 

Hey all mind if I join the conversation? I could use some help with my project. Im trying to use wire wheels of both front and rear with a 1" axle on a 3/4 dyna axle frame. I am assuming you just cant slide a 1" alxe in place of both front and rear. Do they make a bearing kit to reduce the 1" to 3/4? or do I need to replace the swing arm and forks?

does anyone have any experience with the axle reducers?

 

I too wanna know if the reducers work- also do the bearing inner spacers simply float in the hub? will they interfere with the reducers? I need to put a 1" axle front wheel on my 05fxdwg 3/4 axle
