Default Ghost brackets

I finally got around to checking out the spare parts box that came with my Sporty and found a rear blinker relo-kit and a set of ghost brackets. Cool!

I don't know anything about saddle bags though. What kind of bags will work with the ghost brackets? I don't wan't to drop $500 on the Harley bags. What other options are out there?

This is really going to show off my ignorance.... How do the ghost brackets work? Do I attach the brackets to the bags? Do I need other hardware?

Thanks for the help on this one.

I bought a set of used Kentucky Drive bags off a friend. Came off his Honda Shadow, the angle on the bags matches the Sportster shock angle. I think pretty well any bag that has a hard back will work.

You should have a set of bolt extensions that mount to the fender, and the brackets that bolt on the bags. If you're missing parts, I'm pretty sure you can order from Ghost.

I relocated the turn signals today. I actually like the look. I didn't think I would. I think I like it because it diverts your eyes from the fugly tail light...

Bags will be here tuesday.

The ghost brackets don't have keys. Bummer. Any idea where I can get a set?

That's what I am thinking. It's just a cam lock though, so I can pick some up at Ace hardware for $7.
