Default Single or Dual axel trailer for bike ??

I know I know but we want to take the bike behind the motorhome and do some traveling .. Would love to just be on the bike but hard to fit the dogs on a bike.. So stuck with getting a trailer .. So should I get a single or dual axle enclosed trailer????

One bike, one axle and you don't owe anyone an explanation.

1 to 2 bikes single axle will be fine. Keeps weight down too.

Dual axle 7x12 with E-track on the floors. Harbor Freight wheel chocks, 3 mounted to allow for 1 or 2 bike configuration.

I have spent a good deal of time looking at trailers recently. My wife wants to trailer to different places and then ride. I am settling on a tandem axle.

Default trailer

Single axle is fine for 2 bikes. Most single axles are rated at 3500 lbs. If I was going to go for a large enclosed trailer, I would want a tandem axle.

Generally he is, but he left me hanging this time. I begged and pleaded and he still told me JetBlue frowned upon it. Go figure.
