Default cyclerama 575 cams stock heads

I would like to hear from guys that have done this cam and left their heads stock. Obviously did stage one as well. From what I have heard this seems to be a sweet cam for us stock 103 guys.

I'm running that setup and absolutely love it. Had the stage 1 (D&D FatCat 2:1, HD Heavy Breather, and Tmax autotune) for a few thousand miles before I threw in the CR575s. I was impressed with the stage one but absolutely amazed at the difference the cam made.

I now have a distinct lope at idle (actually sounds like a Harley). The idle speed varies between 850 and 950. It picks up around 2500RPM and pulls strong all the way to the redline. It's very smooth all the way through the powerband. Could be my imagination but the exhaust seems a little louder as well.

I really have to watch my speed now because a 5th gear roll on from 60mph will have me over 85mph in no time. Before the cam, I would never do a 6th gear roll on but now 6th gear roll on is a reality for everyday highway cruising. If I want to scream away, no need to drop to 4th, 5th is everything I need.

I've been meaning to dyno it but haven't gotten around to it yet. I've run the Tmax automap several times so my tune is pretty much dialed in.

The Cycle Rama 575 is absolutely the best bang for the buck that I've installed on my bike...no regrets!

That's what I heard. Tmax here and a dragula, I'm thinking this cam is for me. Thanks for the feedback.

You're welcome. The cam was recommended to me by a close friend. I asked my Indy about it and he recommended an S&S cam because he'd never dealt with Cycle Rama. After installing my cams and test riding, he had rave reviews and is now recommending the CR575 to his other customers with 103's. Seems to me that this cam is a well kept secret.
