Default Exhaust Suggestions - Samson vs Vance & Hines

Looking for some feedback on aftermarket exhaust pipe suggestions - !

I'm planning now for a few mods to be completed with my 1K service. I'm going to upgrade to a Screaming Eagle Super Tuner, Arlen Ness Big Sucker intake/air filter and either Samson or Vance & Hines pipes. I notice most guys are using V&H pipes but I'm really digging the Samson Sinister Black Rip Saws.

Any user feedback between Samson vs Vance & Hines?

I've got Samsons on my Harley. Love them. Great sound. Had Vance and Hines years ago on my learning bike, a Honda Shadow, and they were great. I really don't think you can go wrong with either to be honest.

yeah, you can't go wrong with either.. unless you're absolutely sold on either Samsons or V&H's, there are so many choices out there with so many different styles.. if I knew then what I know now, I would have maybe gone with a set of Martin Bros, or a D&D Fatcat 2-1 system.. or just bent a bunch of pipes myself and made one.. if you like it, and it fits the style you're going for, you really can't go wrong.

I know first hand that the vance and hines will make better power than the samsons, and I feel vance and hines are a little better quality exhaust

You must like it loud. I recommend the quiet baffles if you go V&H. They make a deeper rumble and reduce the ruckus by 3 dbs. Look into the Rush slip-ons, too. Nice tone and not too in-your-face.

V&H or Bubbs. If I didn't already have V&H I'd have Bubs. IMO, they sound the best.

Very happy with my V&Hs with the quiet baffles. Still plenty loud, but deep sound to them now.
