A big thanks to Arnottbob for helping me out with a situation I had with my 12" Arnott Aldan shocks. I bought the 12" shocks for my bike and totally deflated my bike sat on the tire, I needed the 13",so I sent a text to Bob he got some info, check into it and got me in touch with Ken Taylor, who set me up with an exchange for the 13' shocks , If you ask me that's how business is supposed to be done! THANKS AGAIN BOB
