Default Shotgun shock

You can buy direct from JD. I do not know of any dealers that sell this's kit. JD was a great guy to deal with. A little tricky to install on a wide tire kit bike, but can be made to work. On a stock swing arm, you could modify the swing arm and get it even lower.

Looking to get rid of my kickstand all together and just slam it on the ground is that possible with these shocks?

I have seen a video somewhere in which a guy with a stock swingarm cuts the top bar enough to weld in a piece of angle iron. This allows the swingarm another inch of travel or so. I do know that a wide tire swingarm will not do this as the a-frame of the swing arm hits the frame, but a stock width swingarm will fit between the frame rails. You may still have to attach blocks to the back corners of the frame. Tungsten would be good for that.

Default Shotgun on a Rocker C

Has anyone done the Shotgun on a Rocker C?
I wonder if it makes that much of a positive change or not? Not a huge amount of travel on the rear with a stock Rocker FXCWC.
Is it worth the money or effort for the Rocker?

I am only commenting on this to make it easier for me to track down this thread when my system comes in hopefully in a few day, (like the reference pics), That is all.

Default Definitely JD´s shocks

Hi, I bought a shotgunshock from JD about 2 years ago and am very very happy with it on my 1996 Heritage. Recently the rebound (solenoid problem) stoped working and JD promised straight away to send me a replacement. Should be delivered in a week or so. He did not even mention postage as I live in Europe! What a great customer service, I can only recommend him and his top quality product. Apparently he had a bad batch of solenoids at some stage and they should be good now. It still is a fantastic product, pricey, but if you talk nicely to him - he is also a good busines man.
