Having trouble to get my thumb controls to work.None of them works
I`ve cut the loops and connected the remote( blue) as instructed.
My player is JVC KD-X31MBS .Should the pink and white wire from my left handlebar be connected somewhere ?

 

I have that same radio and was wondering if you every got this working. Did the HDSWC1 plug directly into the factory HD harness? I also read that you should use the 3.5 mm jack into the back of the radio.

 

Guys - I know the ASWC-1 / Metra come VERY well. See Sticky

Not sure why you are going with this - at least on this forum - UNKNOWN device which seems to be a bit overpriced as well (seeing it for 79 bucks?) as you still need a radio mounting bracket.
I am not sure if you will find "support" on this forum for this "controller", sorry.
perhaps contact customer support?
