Default Stereo Finally Done! What do you think?

I finally finished installing my stereo in my 2016 SGS. 150 watts to a pair Focal KRCs. Tell me what you think? Honest opinions though. This video is just of my bike sitting. I know it will be a little different once its running.

Oh, dealer flash 1amp with 4 speakers. 1.19.2 update.

While I fully realize it might be painful, can you walk us through what amp, speakers and challenges you had during the install? Installing a new amp and speakers are on my (long) list of upgrades but don't know much about what's out there. Would like to hear as much as you're willing share about your experience. I have '16 RGS. Stereo does sound nice! But, you know how it is, the test is at 70 MPH. Sitting still my stock stereo sounded okay. At 70, sounds like a bag of smashed ***.

RF amp. gains set for 150 watts per channel. PUt dynomat on the entire fairing and pods. I mean it took me all day to cut and piece where every inch of both was covered with it. pods weigh a ton...lol had a little trouble getting fairing on because of the matting. it fit before i put the matting on the inside.

i put the speakers inside of the pods. Had to use my dremel tool to shape the pod to fit the Focals. no ports in the pods.. all sealed with poly fill inside the pods.

No LL... i had the dealer do the flash that Rockford suggested. When I got the bike back I could tell the sound was flat. I have the latest update on my bike.

I took my time and soldered all connection except for the RCA connections. I used Stinger 6000 y adapters and Rockford high level speaker wire to male RCA.

I wanted to make sure everything was done right and not sloppy. I used two y adapters to keep stereo.
