I was able to hear an audible difference after i used the sound deadener.

I used some thin packing foam I had laying around to create a pattern, which I drew on the back on the Dynamat







This was installed at the same time as my stereo upgrade, so no reviews with/without it. I will say it does make for a more solid fairing. I'm not concerned about the little bit of weight, but I do like the the added 'stoutness' the Dynamat gave.
