Default Soundstream PN4.1000D can you use line level inputs?

Replacing a PBR 300X2 with this guy:

Soundstream PN4.1000D 1000W 4-Channel Picasso Nano

On the Soundstream amp, do you have to use the RCA's or can I use line level (LL) inputs as i did on the PBR 300X2?

if I can use LL inputs, I assume the PN4 1000D comes with molex connectors for the LL inputs?

thanks for any advise guys!

Don't confuse Hi Level with Line level.
Hi level is speaker wire in.
Low level is RCA or pre-amp in.
Line level (generic description) is something that converts from Hi to Low level.
But to answer your question, yes that amp is capable of both. Your RF Amp really liked Hi level input, might want to play with both on the new amp, but if you go to a Sony MEXM70BT, odds are really good you will want to use Low level. Hope this helps

What BP1 said.

I am running that same head unit and it has 5 Volt pre-amp outs. You will definitely want to use the low-level RCA connectors

You are welcome brother. That's what makes this place great. People helping people. We were all in your shoes at one point. Please report back with how everything goes. Maybe someday someone else will do a search and find an answer that will help them out too.
