phone call son roadglide 2016

i can accept a call but the caller is unable to hear me, what is the problem

are you using a headset with a microphone?

What products are you using?
I have a Schuberth C3 pro full face with the Schuberth communication set for it and the M1 3/4 with the communication set for that one. I can take and receive calls and they are clear as day.
We will need more info on your setup.
