My plan was what Matt showed in his drawing but I have now learned another method with Sponger's. Is there any benefit one way or the other? SF

So, am I understanding correctly that some are using 6.5" midrange and tweets/horns combo's without any type of crossovers?

I wouldn't. I think most of us have at least the tweets/ horns hooked up to a crossover.

Horns Yes. Tweets No. The horns come with resistors. No need for crossovers.

I just love T's advice.

No BS, No thinking about it a couple of different ways and getting it wrong.

Listen to what the man has to say and do yours (mine) the same way

I think we need a sticky called "Tailwind's Facts" for us brothers that are a bit more challenged and tend to overthink stuff or make decisions after a couple of adult beverages
