unless you have this undying desire to have Boom Audio on your ride, then I would stay away from it. It's boss audio quality at best... The boss audio stuff; I was just at the Thunder in The Hill Country rally where a few vendors were peddling the pyle and boss audio setups. All I can say there is you get what you pay for. Sounded horrible under a tent, so imagine that on a bike at 70mph. The shark audio, I've seen a few posts where folks are happy with this setup. May not be the exact model you're looking at but nonetheless. My only personal experience with these setups is the J&M setup and although it's not cheap either, it was a very nice quality setup both sound and product.

you missed this statement. "Sounded horrible under a tent, so imagine that on a bike at 70mph."

that applies to both of them. There are other options out there.. just gotta research a little deeper sir.

The Shark systems I understand folks are happy with. The J&M system albeit expensive IMO with this type of setup was worth it.
