Spending the extra $$ for the 4 channel version can make some sense, but wondering about the 2 channel version? For a parking lot stereo with nice speakers, it would sound wonderful. Going down the road on a motorcycle at 70 mph with all the ambient noise, the PBR 300x2 with the same speakers may seem to be the way to go??

Correct, its a 2014 SGS. I'm running 4 channels off of it, but only using the 2 channel input. I put in the bag lid speakers. There is no cover for the top of the amp, I'm working on a "fix" to keep out water from getting on it from the vent if it rains or when I wash it.

I have the prb300 amp and have ordered the magic box, question is what is HAT 6.5's and do they fit without modification?

HAT's are Hybrid Audio Technology from Biketronics (Titan II's... great speakers). They fit with the 6.5 adapter rings, which are included in kit from Biketronics. Check out thier website
